Beleza '24

Beleza (beh-lay-zah) draws its inspiration from the indulgent brunch cocktail, combining our oak-aged sour beer with the tantalizing combination of white wine and stone fruit. Matured separately, then consciously blended, a portion of this beer was cofermented on beautiful, biodynamically-grown, Pinot Gris grapes from right next door at King Estate and the other portion with a mountain of organic Red Haven and Blazing Star peaches.

Each sip is a celebration of summer's bounty, bursting with the juicy sweetness of fresh fruit, balanced against the acidity of the base beer. A subtle hint of sweetness lingers on the finish and makes Beleza the perfect companion for leisurely brunches or any occasion that calls for both elegance and indulgence.
