Whiskers on Kittens is the encore to our rosé-inspired beer, Raindrops on Roses. For this beer/wine hybrid, we set out to showcase our favorite Bordeaux varietal, sourcing some top quality Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Coyote Canyon Vineyard in Washington's Horse Heaven Hills AVA to complement a blend of tart farmhouse ales from our wild cellar. Whiskers on Kittens pours a stunning crimson that hints at the bold flavors to come. The beer bursts with aromas and flavors of cherry and blackberry and boasts a complex tannin structure from the oak aging and fermentation on the grape must. Try it with anything you'd pair with a glass of Cabernet.
