Coinciding with the release of Sunriver Brewing Co. and Alesong Brewing's first collab beer for Alesong's third anniversary, our respective beer teams worked alongside the chef team from Sunriver Brewing's Oakway Pub to present our first beer dinner collaboration. This will be a great opportunity to taste beers with from two companies that are passionate about beer and enjoying that beer with great food.

Shrimp tossed with cucumber, mint citrus supremes, grilled endive in a citrus vinaigrette.

Koji crusted fried chicken with Thai slaw in a peanut satay sauce and drizzled with maple syrup.

Beer braised short rib with blueberry bbq sauce and fingerling potatoes served over pea puree, finished with pickled radish and carraway.

Angel Food Fritters
Angel food cake bites soaked in Thorns and Udders (Sunriver Brewing’s BA raspberry chocolate milk stout), battered and fried in Kind of Blue (Alesong’s oak aged blueberry Belgian Ale), tossed in citrus spiced sugar, and finished with Thorns and Udders reduction drizzle.
