Blenders Circle Member Event
This quarter we are hosting our second release dinner for our Blender’s Circle Member at the tasting room Friday, May 17th. The evening will begin promptly at 6PM and guests will enjoy 5 courses and 6 beers throughout the night. The dinner also serves as an opportunity for members to pick up their May club shipment early!

Poached salmon, gremolata, asparagus, artichoke puree.

Laminated brioche tart, goat cheese custard, leek.

Fermented oat pudding , saffron honey soffrito, poached duck egg, rhubarb compote.

Mascarpone polenta, pork belly, dried apricot chutney, walnut praline grains.

Tostada, chicken tinga, greens, crema
